经济高质量视域下数字经济的碳减排效应研究——以河南省为例

摘　　要：新发展格局下,数字经济已然成为推动城市绿色低碳转型,实现区域高质量发展的关键创新驱动。基于2011—2021年河南省17个地级市的面板数据,分析数字经济对城市碳减排效应的影响和作用机制。结果发现,数字经济能够有效发挥碳减排作用,该结论在通过内生性检验等多种稳健性检验后依然成立;机制检验表明,数字经济可以经由产业集聚和产业结构高级化这两条基本路径,间接抑制城市碳排放水平;异质性分析发现,数字经济对碳排放的抑制效应在拥有5A景区的城市和位于郑州都市圈的城市更加显著。通过分位数回归进一步探究可知,当碳排放水平过高时,数字经济的降碳能力会大幅减弱;研究还发现,经济高质量发展水平也会对数字经济的减碳效果产生非线性影响,呈现单门限效应。In the context of the new development paradigm,the digital economy has become a key innovation driver in promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of cities,facilitating regional highquality development.Using panel data from 17 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2011 and 2021,this study examined the impact and mechanisms of the digital economy on urban carbon emission reduction effects.The results indicate that the digital economy effectively contributes to carbon emission reduction,a finding that remains robust after conducting various tests for endogeneity and other robustness checks.Mechanism analysis reveals that the digital economy indirectly reduce urban carbon emissions through two key pathways:industrial agglomeration and the upgrading of industrial structures.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the carbon emission reduction effect of the digital economy is more pronounced in cities with 5A scenic spots and those located within the Zhengzhou metropolitan area.Further investigation through quantile regression suggests that when carbon emission levels are excessively high,the carbon reduction capacity of the digital economy significantly weakens.The study also finds that the level of economy high-quality development has a nonlinear effect on the carbon reduction performance of the digital economy,exhibiting a single-threshold effect.
