摘  要:吊弦是接触网系统的关键零部件,是承力索与接触线之间的连接部件,其动态特性直接影响弓网运行安全。本文以某高铁接触网为研究对象,建立弓网耦合仿真模型,并基于相关标准对该模型进行验证。利用弓网耦合仿真模型进行动态计算,获取弓网相互作用下吊弦动态力及压缩量等瞬时动态特性参数,研究运行速度、接触线/承力索张力及结构高度等接触网系统参数对吊弦动态特性的影响。研究结果表明:随着运行速度的提升,吊弦动态受力最大值显著增大,跨距中部吊弦受力最大,最易疲劳断裂;增大接触线张力可使吊弦压缩量最大值显著减小,但吊弦产生的应力也会增大;可适当增大承力索张力,以减小因吊弦压缩产生的应力;随着结构高度的增大,吊弦压缩量最大值与动态受力最大值先减小后增大,在系统设计时结构高度建议选择1.6 m。The dropper is the key component of OCS,a connecting component for the messenger wire and the contact wire.Its dynamic characteristics directly affecting the operation safety of the pantograph-catenary system.The paper,with a high-speed railway as an object of research,establishes a coupling and simulation model for pantograh-catenary and verifies the model with reference of related standards.The dynamic calculation is carried out by application of the coupling simulation model to obtain the instantaneous dynamic characteristic parameters such as the dynamic force and compression amount of the dropper under the interaction of the pantograph-catenary.The research results indicate:with the increase of operating speed,the maximum dynamic force on the dropper significantly increases,and the dropper in the middle of the span is subjected to the highest force,making it prone to fatigue fracture;increasing the tension of the contact wire can significantly reduce the maximum compression of the dropper,but the stress generated by the dropper will also increase;the tension of the messenger wire can be appropriately increased to reduce the stress caused by the compression of the dropper;as the height of the structure increases,the maximum compression of the dropper and the maximum dynamic force first decrease and then increase,and it is recommended to choose a height of 1.6 meters for the system design.
