摘　　要：面向2035年基本实现新型工业化的使命要求,结合横向视角下的工业竞争力评估和纵向视角下的工业化发展阶段判断,本文初步构建了一个包含工业质量、工业结构、工业动力和工业能力4个一级指标、10个二级指标、30个三级指标的新型工业化评估体系。通过对新时代新型工业化评估体系开展系统性研究,为后续开展新型工业化发展水平量化测算提供具体方向和扩展思路,有利于推动进一步做好新型工业化发展评估,为提出更加科学、合理、有针对性的新型工业化推进策略夯实监测评估基础。In response to the mission requirement of basically achieving new industrialization by 2035,combining the horizontal perspective of industrial competitiveness assessment with the vertical perspective of industrialization development level assessment,a preliminary new industrialization assessment system has been constructed.This system includes 4 first-level indicators(industrial quality,industrial structure,industrial dynamics,and industrial capability),10 second-level indicators,and 30 third-level indicators.The methodology of the new industrialization assessment system in the new era provides a specific direction and expanded thinking for subsequent quantitative calculations of the level of new industrialization development.It is conducive to further promoting the assessment of new industrialization development and solidifying the monitoring and assessment foundation for proposing more scientific,rational,and targeted strategies for promoting new industrialization.
