摘　　要：中央金融工作会议强调,要加快建设金融强国,谱写金融高质量发展新篇章,为全面推进中国式现代化提供有力支撑。遵循习近平总书记关于金融安全与金融强国建设的系统论述,阐释金融安全与金融强国建设的理论内涵。金融强国是金融安全的基础和目标,金融安全是金融强国建设的条件和保障。面向国家金融强国战略,通过深入分析我国金融安全面临的国内外风险挑战,围绕金融强国建设的六大核心金融要素,从金融治理、金融标准、金融开放、金融反制等方面,提出以金融安全助力实现金融强国的实现路径,为不断增强大国博弈中的国家金融安全能力提供理论实践支持。At the National Financial Work Conference,it was stressed that we need to accelerate the construction of a strong financial country and the high-quality financial development to support the Chinese-style modernization.This paper elucidates the theoretical relationship between a robust financial system and financial security:the former constitutes both the foundation and ultimate objective of the latter,while the latter serves as the prerequisite and safeguard for the former.This paper firstly analyzes the domestic and international risks and challenges of China’s financial security,examines the six financial core elements in constructing a strong financial country,and finally puts forward the possible pathways in terms of financial governance,financial standards,financial openness and financial countermeasures,so as to provide theoretical and practical support for the continuous improvement of the country’s financial security capability in the great power game.
