摘　　要：企业数字化转型给监督工作带来了新的挑战,为适应大数据时代形势发展要求,有必要运用数字化技术手段采集并分析数据,对公司经营重点环节在线监测,发现问题及时预警、及时处置,将监督工作由“问责型”监督转变为“效益型”监督,由“纠错型”监督转变为“预防型”监督,提高监督效率,实现精准监督。The digital transformation of enterprises has brought new challenges to supervision work.In order to adapt to the development requirements of the big data era,it is necessary to use digital technology to collect and analyze data,conduct online monitoring of key business processes of the company,issue timely warnings and handle issues promptly.This transformation shifts supervision from an"accountability-oriented"approach to a"benefit-oriented"one,and from a"correction-oriented"approach to a"preventive"one,thereby enhancing supervision efficiency and achieving precise supervision.
