摘  要:基于焊接式翼轨加强型合金钢辙叉的加工工艺,进行了多段焊接式翼轨弯折工艺及其加热设备的研究,确定了贝氏体合金钢钢轨顶弯的加热温度和加热参数,验证了多段焊接式翼轨加热顶弯工艺的可行性,完成了多段焊接式翼轨及焊接辙叉的生产制造线,并将其用于铁路线路铺设,使用效果良好,达到了延长多段焊接式翼轨加强型合金钢辙叉使用寿命的目的,该技术已在生产中广泛应用。Based on the processing technology of the welded wing rail strengthened alloy steel frog,the multi-section welded wing rail bending technology and heating equipment are studied,the heating temperature and heating parameters of the bainite alloy steel rail top bending are determined,the feasibility of the multi-section welded wing rail heating top bending process is verified,and the production line of the multi-section welded wing rail and welded frog is completed.It has been applied to the laying of railway lines with good effect,and the purpose of prolongating the service life of the reinforced alloy steel crossing of multi-section welded wing rail has been achieved.
