融合科技特派员制度的专业学位研究生培养模式研究

摘　　要：面对“十四五”提出的提高研究生教育质量的规划,通过大幅增加专业学位研究生来服务国家重大战略、关键领域和社会需求,培养单位要不断进行培养方案改革,实现培养人才质量的不断提高。在研究河北省科技特派员工作开展情况后,引入研究生科技特派员工作模式,在省市级科技特派员工作的基础上,补充校级科技特派员,实现研究生全员参与科技特派员活动。研究特派员制度与研究生培养方案进行融合,旨在指导教师队伍建设,保障制度建设,实现学生、学校和企业的三方共赢,扎实推进研究生培养质量提升。In the face of the plan to improve the quality of graduate education proposed in the 14th Five Year Plan,and to significantly increase the number of graduate students with professional degrees to serve in major national strategy projects,key fields,and to satisfy social needs,training units should continuously reform their training programs to achieve the continuous improvement in the quality of talents.After studying the situation of special Sci-tech commissioners in Hebei Province,the work mode of integrating special sci-tech postgraduate commissioners is introduced,and on the basis of of special Sci-tech commissioners on provincial and municipal levels,commissioners on the university level are supplemented to achieve full participation of graduate students in special Sci-tech commissioners activities.The integration of the special sci-tech commissioner system and graduate training program aims to guide the construction of the teaching staff,the construction of the guarantee system,and ultimately achieve a win-win situation for students,schools,and enterprises,and improve the quality of graduate training as well.
