摘 要:科技助残是新质生产力在残疾人领域的实践体现,是“数字赋能”与“数字帮扶”双向交互下推动残疾人体育发展的必然要求。人工智能、大数据、云计算等新一代数字技术在康复辅助器具、残奥竞技训练、公共体育服务等残疾人体育领域中不断催生出多元化的赋能方向。数字技术背景下,残疾人体育发展在技术层面存在接入性和使用性鸿沟,在社会层面存在主观性和客观性局限,在政策层面存在需求侧和供给侧矛盾。这些问题影响了数字技术助力残疾人体育发展的效能发挥。因此,必须在底层保障上夯实“数字创新+数字生态”的多维赋能,弥合技术鸿沟;在中层协同上实现“数字素养+数字环境”双向驱动,突破实践桎梏;在顶层架构上落实“数字表达+数字反馈”多维引导,缓和供给矛盾。Assisting people with disabilities through technology is a practical manifestation of new-quality productivity in the field of disability affairs.It is an inevitable requirement for promoting the development of sports for people with disabilities under the two-way interaction of“digital empowerment”and“digital assistance”.At this stage,new generation digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and cloud computing are constantly generating diversified empowerment directions in key areas of disability sports such as rehabilitation aids,Paralympic competitive training,and public sports services.Against the backdrop of digital technology,the development of sports for people with disabilities faces a divide in terms of accessibility and usability gaps at the technical level,subjective and objective constraints at the social level,as well as contradictions between the demand and supply sides at the policy level.These issues have affected the effectiveness of digital technology in promoting the development of sports for people with disabilities.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the multi-dimensional empowerment of“digital innovation+digital ecosystem”at the foundamental level to bridge the technological gap;achieve a twoway drive of“digital literacy+digital environment”at the intermediate coordination level to break through practical constraints;and implement multi-dimensional guidance of“digital expression+digital feedback”at the top-level structure to resolve supply contradictions.
