摘 要:市域产教联合体是深化职业教育产教融合的关键力量。区别于其他产教融合形态,市域产教联合体具有市域性、实体化运作和创新导向等特征。基于沙因的文化模型,企业同其他参与主体存在不同层次上的文化冲突,主要聚焦于集中控制与自主诉求、创新驱动与稳健发展、集体导向与个人主义等维度,削弱了企业参与的积极性。因此,应采取多种措施构建包容共生、风险共担和利益共享的治理文化,以期进一步推进市域产教联合体建设。City-level industry-education alliances are a key force in deepening the integration of vocational education and industry.Different from other forms of industry-education integration,city-level industry-education alliances have characteristics such as being city-specific,operating as entities and being innovation-driven.Based on Schein’s cultural model,enterprises face cultural conflicts at different levels with other participants,mainly in dimensions like centralized control versus autonomy,innovation-driven versus steady development and collective orientation versus individualism,which weakens the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate.Based on this,various measures should be taken to build an inclusive and symbiotic governance culture,where risks are shared and benefits are distributed in order to further promote the development of urban industry-education joint communities.
