摘  要:加强组工干部队伍建设对提高高职院校组织工作质量,助力高职院校“双高”建设具有重要意义。可从胜任力视角出发,通过分析组工文献资料和组工纪实材料,结合行为事件访谈,提炼出政治素养、职业修养、工作能力、教学研管力和个人特质五项胜任力特征,构建高职院校组工干部胜任力模型。在此基础上,为高职院校组工干部队伍的选聘、培训、考核和激励方面提供参考。Strengthening the construction of cadres in the organization department will be of great significance to improve the quality of organizational work and assist the“Double High-Level Plan”construction in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of competence,by analyzing organizational literature and documentary materials,combined with behavioral event interviews,five competency characteristics including political literacy,professional cultivation,work ability,teaching and research management ability and personal traits can be extracted to construct a competence model for organizational cadres in vocational colleges.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the selection,training,assessment,and motivation of the cadre team in vocational colleges.
