摘  要:采用1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐催化对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)与1,4-丁二醇(BDO)进行酯交换反应,研究了催化剂的用量、酯醇摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度等因素对酯交换反应的影响。得出最佳工艺条件:使用1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液体作为催化剂,酯醇摩尔比是1:2.2,反应温度是150℃,反应时间是30min,酯交换率是97.0%。并对产物对苯二甲酸双羟丁二酯(BHBT)红外光谱图进行解析,结果与参考文献对比,表明产物是BHBT。The ester exchange reaction between dimethyl terephthalate(DMT)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)was catalyzed by 1-butylsulfonic acid-3-methylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate.The effects of catalyst dosage,ester alcohol molar ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,and other factors on the ester exchange reaction were studied.The optimal process conditions were determined as follows:1-butylsulfonic acid-3-methylimidazolium trifluoromethanesulfonate ionic liquid was used as the catalyst,the ester alcohol molar ratio was 1:2.2,the reaction temperature was 150 ℃,the reaction time was 30 min,and the ester exchange rate was 97.0%.And the infrared spectrum of the product BHBT was analyzed,and the results were compared with the reference literature,indicating that the product is BHBT.
