高浓度全尾砂浆流变性能测试分析

摘  要:对于采用冶金矿山选矿全尾砂作为充填骨料的充填系统而言,全尾砂浆管道输送效率对充填工艺常常具有较大的影响,为此展开了不同浓度条件下全尾砂浆的流变性能测试,进而获得充填设计所需的管道输送流变参数指标。研究结果表明,当采用L形管道进行浆体流动性模拟试验,全尾砂浆浓度为78%、76%、74%、72%时,在测试过程中所制备的全尾砂料浆的流动性均匀稳定,料浆沿透明的有机玻璃管道整体滑移,呈现出连续的结构流体状态;当全尾砂浆的浓度降低为70%、68%时,料浆在管道中的流速也逐步加快,整体上呈现出紊流状态,因此在低浓度状态下需要采取特殊措施才能有效测定流变参数。使用小型颗粒物料浆体流动性模拟试验所得的初始剪切应力与料浆黏滞性系数,可为后期充填料浆管网设计中的浆体输送水力学计算提供技术依据。For the filling system using metallurgical mine dressing whole tailing sand as filling aggregate,the pipeline conveying efficiency of the whole tailing slurry often has a large impact on the filling process,and for this reason,the rheological properties of the whole tailing slurry were tested under different concentration conditions,so as to obtain the rheological parameter indexes of the pipeline conveying required for the design of the filling.The results show that when the L-type pipeline is used for the simulation of slurry fluidity,when the concentration of the whole tailing slurry is 78%,76%,74%,72%,the fluidity of the whole tailing slurry prepared in the test process is uniform and stable,and the slurry slips along the transparent Plexiglas pipeline as a whole,presenting a continuous structural fluid state;when the concentration of the whole tailing slurry is reduced to 70%,68%,the flow rate of the slurry in the pipeline is gradually accelerated,and the overall flow rate of the slurry in the pipeline is also accelerated.When the concentration of the whole tailing slurry is reduced to 70%,68%,the flow rate of the slurry in the pipeline is also gradually accelerated,and the whole presents a turbulent state,therefore,special measures need to be taken in order to effectively determine the rheological parameters in the low concentration state.The initial shear stress and viscosity coefficient of the slurry obtained from the simulation of the flowability of small granular material slurry can provide a technical basis for the hydraulic calculation of slurry transportation in the design of the later filling slurry pipeline network.
