摘 要:目的探讨研究生新生压力事件的潜在类别及影响因素,为有效应对研究生新生压力事件提供科学依据。方法于2022年10-12月,采用便利抽样方法,对武汉市五所大学的1814名研究生新生进行问卷调查。通过潜在剖面分析(LPA)和无序多分类Logistic回归分析,探讨研究生新生压力事件的潜在类别分布特征及其影响因素。结果研究生新生压力事件可分为3个潜在类别:低水平组(61.5%)、中等不均衡组(27.4%)和高水平组(11.0%)。以低水平组为参照,男生较女生(OR=0.74,P=0.02;OR=1.81,P=0.01)更容易归入到低水平组和高水平组,处于两极水平;保送(OR=1.52,P=0.04)和低水平体力活动(OR=1.52,P=0.02)的学生更容易归入中等不均衡组;曾有伴侣但现在单身(OR=1.76,P=0.01)的学生更容易归入高水平压力组;读研目标非常明确(OR=0.21,P<0.01;OR=0.22,P<0.01)和有方向但模糊不定(OR=0.52,P=0.01;OR=0.34,P<0.01)的学生更容易归入低水平压力组。结论不同研究生新生压力水平类别在性别、伴侣情况、考研经历、读研目标和体育活动水平上存在异质性,应对研究生新生压力水平高危人群给予针对性干预措施。Objective To explore the potential categories and influencing factors of graduate freshmen's stress events,and provide scientific basis for effectively coping with graduate Freshmen's stress events.Methods from October to December 2022,1814 new graduate students from five universities in Wuhan were surveyed by convenience sampling method.The distribution characteristics and influencing factors of potential categories of graduate freshmen's stress events were explored by potential profile analysis(LPA)and disordered multiple classification Logistic regression analysis.Results The stress events of graduate freshmen could be divided into three potential categories:low-level group(61.5%),moderate imbalance group(27.4%)and high-level group(11.0%).Taking the low-level group as a reference,boys were more likely to be classified into the low-level group and the high-level group than girls(OR=0.74,P=0.02;OR=1.81,P=0.01),which were at the bipolar level;The students who walked(OR=1.52,P=0.04)and with low-level physical activity(OR=1.52,P=0.02)were more likely to fall into the moderate imbalance group;The students who had a partner but were single(OR=1.76,P=0.01)were more likely to fall into the high-level stress group;Students with very clear goals(OR=0.21,P<0.01;OR=0.22,P<0.01)and with direction but fuzzy(OR=0.52,P=0.01;OR=0.34,P<0.01)were more likely to be classified into the low-level pre-ssure group.Conclusion There is heterogeneity in gender,partner status,postgraduate entrance examination experience,postgraduate goal and physical activity level among different categories of graduate freshmen's stress level,and targeted intervention measures should be given to the high-risk groups of graduate freshmen's stress level.
