摘　　要：对涵盖原油产炼销全产业链的综合性能源公司,海上进口原油优化是公司应对内外部变化进行运行调节的重要资源手段,对优化公司原油资源配置、降本增效、保障产业链顺畅运行意义重大,但是具有品种多、物性差异大、价格波动大的特点,加工效益测算评估难度大。为解决此问题,文章构建了一种基于炼销整体的沿海企业加工进口油效益分析模型,通过选取典型油种和代表企业构建了测算模型,可对进口原油从采购、运输,到炼厂加工、成品油调运,再到终端市场销售的炼销整体边际效益进行快速测算,分析进口油加工边际效益情况,跟踪不同品质进口原油加工边际效益变化趋势。测算结果为公司抓住市场机会优化进口原油资源采购和配置,制定和调整生产经营策略提供科学决策依据。For comprehensive energy companies covering the entire industry chain from crude oil production to refining and sales,optimization of offshore imported crude oil is an important resource means for the company to adjust its internal and external changes,which is of great significance for optimizing the company's crude oil resource allocation,reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and ensuring the smooth operation of the industrial chain.However,it has the characteristics of many varieties,great differences in physical properties and large price fluctuations,and it is difficult to calculate and evaluate the processing benefits.In order to solve this problem,this paper constructs an analysis model for the benefit of processing imported oil by coastal enterprises based on the whole refining and marketing.By selecting typical oil types and representative enterprises,the calculation model can quickly calculate the whole marginal benefit of refining and marketing ofimported crude oil from procurement,transportation,refinery processing,refined oil transportation and final market sales,analyze the marginal benefit ofimported oil processing,and track the changing trend of marginal benefit ofimported crude oil processing with different qualities.The calculation results provide scientific decision-making basis for the company to seize market opportunities to optimize the procurement and allocation ofimported crude oil resources and formulate and adjust production and operation strategies.
