摘  要:化工原理课程是白酒酿造工程专业的核心课程之一,其教学目标不仅在于传授学生基本的化工单元操作知识与技能,更需培养学生的职业伦理、社会责任感和创新能力。在新时代教育背景下,如何将思政元素有效融入专业课程,增强学生的社会责任感和家国情怀,已成为教学改革的一个重要课题。文章通过对白酒酿造工程专业的特点分析,提出在化工原理课程中融入思政元素的若干途径,并探讨了实践中的具体做法与效果。研究表明,思政元素的有效融入有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,增强其对专业的认同感和使命感。The course of Chemical engineering principle is one of the core courses of liquor brewing engineering.Its teaching goal is not only to teach students basic chemical unit operation knowledge and skills,but also to cultivate students’professional ethics,social responsibility and innovation ability.Under the background of education in the new era,how to integrate ideological and political elements into professional courses effectively and enhance students’sense of social responsibility and feelings of family and country has become an important topic of teaching reform.This paper analyzes the characteristics of liquor brewing engineering,puts forward some ways to integrate ideological and political elements into the course of chemical principle,and probes into the concrete practice and effect.The research shows that the effective integration of ideological and political elements helps to improve students’learning interest and enhance their sense of professional identity and mission.
