摘　　要：文章以高效液相色谱(HPLC)为基础,探究发酵液中(-)-α-红没药醇含量的测定方法。经乙醇提取试样、液相色谱分离后,由VWD检测仪测定。结果表明,该方法的加标回收率在98.0%~102.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<2%。这适用于对含有(-)α-红没药醇的样品进行质量控制,能满足日常检测工作的要求,为研究发酵液中的(-)α-红没药醇的质量提供参考。This paper aims to develop a method for determining(-)in fermentation broth using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-α-Method for determining the content of erythritol.The sample was extracted with ethanol,separated by liquid chromatography,and determined by a VWD detector.The Results:The spiked recovery rate of this method is between 98.0%and 102.0%,with a relative standard deviation(RSD)of<2%,suitable for containing(-)-α-The quality control of samples of erythritol can meet the requirements of daily testing work,and is suitable for(-)in fermentation broth-α-Provide reference for the quality research of erythritol.
