摘　　要：石化企业的特点是重大危险源多,直接作业环节风险大,突发性强。现场施工作业量大,承包商违章多发,大量的施工人员不安全行为和安全隐患有可能导致事故发生。因此,做好直接作业环节安全管理尤为重要。文章通过对公司上一年度安全督查违章数量排名前4位的违章类型问题进行客观分析,结合企业特点,采取一系列安全管理措施,以期有效遏制承包商违章多发态势,减少事故发生。Petrochemical enterprises are characterized by many major hazard sources,high risk of direct operation and strong sudden occurrence.The amount of site construction work is large,the contractor often violates regulations,and a large number of unsafe behaviors and safety hazards of construction personnel may lead to accidents.Therefore,it is particularly important to do a good job in the safety management of direct operations.Based on the objective analysis of the top 4 violation types of the company in the previous year's safety inspection,combined with the characteristics of the company,a series of safety management measures are taken in order to effectively curb the multiple situation of contractor violations and reduce the occurrence of accidents.
