我国铁水联运集装箱共享联盟的演化博弈

摘　　要：随着铁路货运组织改革的不断深化,降本增效已经成为铁路现代物流重要发展方向。集装箱共享联盟的推行,不仅可以解决铁水联运箱源不足的问题,还能有效提升合作企业竞争力,降低社会物流整体成本,调整运输结构,创新多式联运发展。从铁水联运的角度出发,通过构建铁路箱企业与海运箱企业共享联盟的演化博弈模型,运用演化博弈理论对铁路箱企业与海运箱企业间的竞合关系和内在机制进行研究,初始合作意愿、合理的收支分配、经营风险以及信任度等都是影响双方竞合行为的关键因素。仿真验证表明,铁路箱企业与海运箱企业间的箱源共享行为具有路径依赖性,共享行为会随双方额外收益和额外收益分配系数增加而增加,随投入成本和风险成本的增加而减小,同时较高的信任度有利于提升箱源共享企业间的抗风险能力。With the deepening of railway freight organization reform,reducing costs and increasing efficiency has become an impor‐tant development direction of railway modern logistics.The implementation of container sharing alliance can not only solve the prob‐lem of insufficient container source of rail-sea intermodal transportation,but also effectively enhance the competitiveness of coopera‐tive enterprises,reduce the overall cost of social logistics,adjust the transportation structure and innovate the development of multi‐modal transport.From the point of view of rail-sea intermodal transportation,this paper constructs an evolutionary game model of shared alliance between railway container enterprises and sea container enterprises,and studies the competition and cooperation rela‐tionship and internal mechanism between railway container enterprises and sea container enterprises by using evolutionary game theory.Initial cooperation willingness,reasonable revenue and cost distribution,business risk and trust are all the key factors affect‐ing the competition and cooperation behavior of both parties.Simulation results show that the container source sharing behavior be‐tween railway container enterprises and sea container enterprises is path-dependent,and the sharing behavior will increase with the increase of extra revenue and extra revenue distribution coefficient,and decrease with the increase of investment cost and risk cost.At the same time,higher trust is beneficial to improve the anti-risk ability between container source sharing enterprises.
