摘 要:增值评价关注个体、过程及潜能,与职业教育理念高度相符,是提升人才培养质量的有效举措。然而我国职校学生增值评价不能完全契合职教高质量发展要求,在评价指标差异性、评价主体多元性、评价理念调整及时性等方面仍有待提升。职业院校应构建主客观融通的增值评价指标体系,健全产教融合工作机制,服务学生全面发展,以助推职业教育高质量发展。The characteristics of value-added evaluation concerning individual,process and potential are highly consistent with the concept of vocational education,and value-added evaluation is an effective measure to improve the quality of talent cultivation in vocational college.However,the currant value-added evaluation system for students in vocational colleges can not fully meet the new requirements of high-quality development of vocational education.There is still room for improvement in terms of differentiation in evaluation indicators,diversification of evaluation stakeholders,and timely adjustments to evaluation concepts.To address these challenges,vocational colleges should establish a value-added evaluation system that integrates both objective and subjective factors,refine a work mechanism that aligns with industry-education integration,and strengthen the evaluation’s role in supporting students’holistic development.These measures will contribute to advancing high-quality development in vocational education.
