摘　　要：专精特新企业是科技创新的重要主体、产业深度转型升级的微观基础、战略性新兴产业和未来产业发展的核心载体、数据要素赋能实体经济发展的实践典范,数据要素赋能专精特新企业新质生产力涌现机制的研究成为当下亟需探讨的命题。首先,从资源编排理论视角,构建数据要素赋能专精特新企业新质生产力涌现的概念模型;其次,从有效驱动生产要素创新性配置、协同推进技术革命性突破、持续实现产业深度转型升级3个维度解析数据要素赋能专精特新企业新质生产力涌现机制;再次,以专精特新企业中的翘楚———制造业单项冠军企业上市公司为样本,解析数据要素、冗余资源和动态能力在专精特新企业新质生产力涌现中的组态效应,概括出四类能够催生专精特新企业新质生产力涌现的适配组态,即“协同-突破型”、“感知-重构型”、“挖潜-牵引型”和“内驱-开拓型”,并使用典型案例进行验证性分析;最后,结合理论推演和组态分析结果提出实践启示。研究结论为新质生产力理论体系完善提供探索性分析思路,为专精特新企业新质生产力培育提供实践指导。The proposal of new quality productive forces has provided a roadmap for building a modern industrial system in line with China's modernization goals.By positioning enterprises as the driving force behind these new productive forces,it is feasible to establish an industrial technological innovation system that is led by businesses and generates strong momentum for the new quality productive forces.Specialized,sophisticated,differential,and innovative(SSDI)enterprises excel at"filling gaps"and"fortifying"industry chains through a relentless approach of incremental technological innovation and strategic focus.This strategy lays the groundwork for the continuous improvement of new quality productive forces.Data elements are essential in the research framework for understanding the rise of new quality productive forces within enterprises because they can effectively integrate technological innovation resources.Therefore,the research on emergence mechanism of new quality productive forces of SSDI enterprises empowered by data element is becoming an urgent topic that warrants immediate exploration.Firstly,grounded in resource orchestration theory,a conceptual model for new quality productive forces of SSDI enterprises'emergence empowered by data elements is constructed from three stages:the construction of resource combinations,the bundling of these resources to form capabilities,and the utilization of these capabilities to create value.Secondly,the emergence mechanism of new quality productive forces of SSDI enterprises empowered by data element is analyzed from three dimensions:driving innovative allocation of production factors effectively,promoting technological revolutionary breakthroughs synergistically,and achieving deep industrial transformation and upgrading continuously.Subsequently,the study focuses on single champion firms within the manufacturing industry—listed companies that are leaders in SSDI enterprises.It further analyzes the configuration effects of data elements,redundant resources,and dynamic ca
