摘　　要：作为关键核心技术创新主体,企业通过整合知识网络资源和治理联盟组合合作网络实现突破性创新。基于断层理论、知识基础理论和邻近性视角,探究焦点企业知识网络分裂断层对突破性创新的影响、合作网络关系分裂断层和地位分裂断层的调节作用以及地理邻近性和行业邻近性的三阶调节作用。以2009—2022年我国生物医药上市企业专利数据为样本进行实证研究,结果发现:①知识网络分裂断层能促进焦点企业突破性创新,合作网络关系分裂断层和地位分裂断层负向调节知识网络分裂断层对突破性创新的影响;②地理邻近性可缓解关系分裂断层的负向调节作用,行业邻近性能缓解地位分裂断层的负向调节作用。研究结论有助于丰富网络分裂断层和企业突破性创新研究,为高水平科技自立自强和关键核心技术突破提供参考。The breakthrough innovation in key technologies has significant practical implications for enhancing China's technological competitiveness and ensuring technological security.In order to achieve breakthrough innovation,enterprises need not only to conduct in-depth excavation of their fields,but also to integrate multiple resources across organizational and industrial boundaries.Therefore,enterprises often choose suitable partners to form alliance portfolio based on their development needs.There is value in studying how focal firms can enhance breakthrough innovation performance by managing the knowledge structure and governing the membership of their alliance portfolios.Firms in an alliance portfolio often require a deep commitment to a particular domain of knowledge or a wide range of novel combinations of cross-domain knowledge in order to realize breakthrough innovations.The result of the knowledge flow can be reflected through the knowledge network divisive faultlines.Specifically,the knowledge elements in the network form high weight edge relationships through repeated connections,while low weight edge relationships are established by a combination relationship between knowledge elements for the first time.The essence of innovation is the reorganization and creation of existing knowledge.Therefore,it is necessary to start with the knowledge network and dig deeper into the intrinsic connection between the divisive faultlines of the knowledge network and breakthrough innovation.Meanwhile,breakthrough innovation is characterized by complexity and openness.Enterprises need to rely on the resource transfer capability of external cooperative networks to facilitate the transfer of core knowledge within the knowledge network,so as to achieve technological and product innovation breakthroughs.Thus,this paper takes the relationship divisive faultlines and status divisive faultlines of the cooperation network as the moderating variables,and explores how the focal firm governs the relationship of the members within the
