基于加权余弦相似度的单目标面状要素空间几何相似性度量方法研究

摘  要:为解决地形图制图综合前后单目标面状要素几何相似性难以度量的问题,通过考虑不同综合算子的影响,引入形状、位置和大小等属性指标来度量地图经综合后的几何特征的变化,提出一种基于加权余弦相似度计算的单目标面状要素空间几何相似性度量方法,对制图综合前后的面状要素几何轮廓进行特征点提取,构建特征距离向量和方向向量计算余弦相似度,在考虑几何信息损失的前提下进行权重配置,建立地图综合质量定量评价模型,并通过广东河源地区1∶50000比例尺地形图数据试验对方法的可行性进行了验证。验证结果表明:以简化阈值为30 m、最小面积参数为800 m^(2)、平滑容差为20 m的制图综合方案最佳,其面状要素综合前后几何相似性为0.71,符合特定区域制图工作需要。In order to solve the problem that is difficult to measure the geometric similarity of single target surface features before and after topographic map generalization,in this paper,the attribute indexes such as shape,position and size to measure the change of geometric features of the map after generalization by considering the influence of different generalization operators are introduced,and a method to measure the spatial geometric similarity of single target surface features is proposed based on weighted cosine similarity calculation.The feature points of the geometric contour of surface features before and after cartographic generalization are extracted and the feature distance vector and direction vector are constructed to calculate the cosine similarity.The weight allocation is carried out under the premise of considering the loss of geometric information and the quantitative evaluation model of map generalization quality is established.The feasibility of the method is verified by the test of 1:50000 scale topographic map data in Heyuan area,Guangdong Province.The verification results show that the method is feasible by simplifying the threshold is 30 m.The map generalization scheme with the minimum area parameter of 800 m^(2),the smooth tolerance of 20 m is the best and the geometric similarity of surface elements before and after generalization is 0.71,which meets the needs of mapping work in specific areas.
