摘　　要：随着国民经济和城市大数据建设的不断发展,城市地理信息资源数据底座日益丰富,为城市电子地图快速生产更新提供了基础支撑。以某城市现势性较强的多源基础地理信息为基础,对不同参考基准数据进行规范化统一处理,基于基础地理数据、影像数据、普查数据以及各业务部门数据等数据源,利用矢量数据分析处理技术,对不同来源、不同格式的数据进行清洗、转换和融合处理,同时,利用GIS技术,对数据进行空间分析和可视化表达,搭建统一的基础地理框架,实现了标准统一的城市矢量电子地图快速生产更新,为城市地理信息规范化共享、共用提供了高效的技术方案。With the continuous development of national economy and urban big data construction,the data base of urban geographic information resources is increasingly abundant,which provides basic support for the rapid production and update of urban electronic maps.Based on the multi-source basic geographic information of a certain city with strong current situation,the standardized and unified processing of different reference data are conducted in this study.Based on such data sources as basic geographic data,image data,census data and data from various business departments and other ones,the vector data analysis and processing technology was used to clean,transform and fuse data from different sources and formats.At the same time,GIS Technology is used to carry out spatial analysis and visual expression of data,build a unified basic geographic framework,realize the rapid production and update of standard and unified urban vector electronic map and thus provide an efficient technical solution for the standardized sharing and common use of urban geographic information.
