摘 要:在对马来西亚雪兰莪州华文小学的规划与分类分析中,研究了115所华文小学的地理位置和规划问题并提出基于学生入学可持续性、资源充足性以及学生多样性的分类法。研究结果显示,部分地区存在华文小学的数量与学生需求不匹配的现象,需根据实际情况考虑保留或搬迁以提升教育资源的利用效率。部分华文小学的入学率下降,但未来仍有增长潜力。同时,随着非华裔学生比例逐年增长,华裔占比问题对部分学校在保持华文教育传统身份上提出了挑战。此外,多数学校面临图书馆和食堂等设施不足、教师和行政人员短缺等问题,建议相关教育行政部门及华文教育团体优先解决设施和人力资源问题,以提高华文小学整体教育质量。In the analysis of the planning and classification of Chinese primary schools(SJKC)in Selangor,Malaysia,the study examined the geographical locations and planning issues of 115 schools and proposed a classification system based on student source sustainability,resource adequacy,and student diversity.The findings indicate that in some areas,there is a mismatch between the number of schools and student demand,suggesting the need to either retain or relocate schools to improve the efficiency of educational resource utilization.While some schools have experienced a decline in enrolment,they still show potential for growth in the future.Furthermore,as the proportion of non-Chinese students has been increasing annually,the issue of the proportion of Chinese students poses challenges for some schools in maintaining the traditional identity of Chinese education.In addition,most schools are facing shortages in facilities such as libraries and cafeterias,as well as a lack of teachers and administrative staff.It is recommended that the education authorities and Chinese education groups prioritize addressing these facility and human resource issues to enhance the overall quality of education in Chinese primary schools.
