摘  要:储能作为优质的灵活性调节资源,在保障电力系统安全稳定运行方面具有独特优势。目前,新能源配建储能存在利用率低、成本过高、效益低下等一系列问题。对此,独立储能或将成为储能行业发展新的动力。提出了一种独立储能同时参与电源侧储能租赁市场、电网侧辅助服务市场以及用户侧电能量市场的多市场抉择策略优化模型。首先确定独立储能租赁比例,然后再决定在租赁比例下储能剩余部分参与辅助服务市场和电能量市场的策略,即“二重决策”。采用线性规划结合粒子群算法求解该最优租赁比例即剩余部分最优策略。研究发现:1)所提出的独立储能多市场策略优化模型收敛情况良好,能够求解出独立储能的最优租赁比例。2)模型能够随着市场条件的变化而改变最优租赁比例及租赁比例下储能剩余部分参与辅助服务市场和电能量市场的策略,以获取最大效益。3)为实现资源的有效利用,储能应该从配建储能逐步过渡为以辅助服务和电能量交易为核心的独立储能。所提出的模型,拓展了独立储能市场选择相关研究的研究范围,为后续研究提供了思路。As a high-quality flexible regulation resource,energy storage has unique advantages in ensuring the safe and stable operation of electric power system.At present,there are a series of problems such as low utilization rate,high cost and low efficiency of energy storage for new energy sources.In this regard,independent energy storage may become a new driving force for the development of the energy storage industry.A multi-market choice strategy optimization model for independent energy storage to simultaneously participate in the power-side energy storage leasing market,the grid-side ancillary service market and the user-side electric energy market.Firstly,the leasing ratio of independent energy storage is determined,and then the strategy of participating in the ancillary service market and the electric energy market under the leasing ratio,which is called“dual decision”is decided.Linear programming combined with particle swarm optimization is used to solve the optimal lease ratio,which is the optimal strategy of the remaining part.The study found that:1)The proposed multi-market strategy optimization model of independent energy storage has a good convergence situation,which can solve the optimal leasing ratio of independent energy storage.2)The model can change the optimal leasing ratio and the strategy of the remaining part of the energy storage under the leasing ratio to participate in the ancillary service market and the electric energy market with the change of market conditions,so as to obtain the maximum benefit.3)In order to realize the effective use of resources,energy storage should gradually transition from energy storage for new energy sources to independent energy storage with ancillary services and electric energy trading as the core.The proposed model expands the research scope of independent energy storage market selection,and provides some ideas for subsequent research.
