摘 要:采用全自动盐碘分析仪,建立了食盐中碘含量的光度法自动化检测方法。结果表明:采用分析仪检测盐中碘含量标准曲线线性相关性R≥0.9997,准确度符合要求,检出限为0.027mg/kg,低、中、高浓度样品精密度RSD<1%,全自动盐碘分析仪与人工滴定法数据相对偏差-4.6%~4.2%,加标回收率在97.3%~103.7%之间。本方法测定食盐中碘含量具有准确度高,精密度好的优点,且检测工作量大幅度降低节省人力,可用于食用盐中碘含量的日常测定。This experiment used an automatic salt iodine analyzer to establish an automated spectrophotometric method for determining iodine content in salt.The results showed that the standard curve linear correlation coefficient(R)for iodine content in salt was≥0.9997 when measured by the analyzer,and the accuracy met the requirements.The detection limit was 0.027mg/kg,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of precision for low,medium,and high concentration samples was<1%,and the relative deviation between the automatic iodine analyzer and manual titration method was-4.6%to 4.2%.The recovery rate was between 97.3%and 103.7%.The method has the advantages of high accuracy and good precision,the workload of detection is greatly reduced,and saving manpower.Therefore,this method can be used for daily determination of iodine content in edible salt.
