摘  要:建立了高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器法测定生活饮用水中的碘化物的检测方法。取样品溶液过0.22μm微孔滤膜,直接上机。采用Metrosep A Supp5-250色谱柱(250mm×4.0mm,5μm)进行分离,以4.5mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3)+1.0mmol/L Na HCO_(3)+35%乙腈为流动相,外标法定量。结果表明,检出限和定量限分别为2μg/L和5μg/L。碘化物在5.00~5000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999。以纯净水、自来水、矿泉水和井水为样本基质,在不同添加水平下,碘化物的加标回收率为97.2%~109.9%。采用该方法对纯净水、自来水、矿泉水和井水4种生活饮用水中的碘化物进行测定,结果发现,除了井水中含有32.92μg/L碘化物外,其余均不含有碘化物。该方法前处理操作简单,准确度、精密度和稳定性良好,为生活饮用水中碘化物的分析提供了可靠的技术手段,在生活饮用水中碘化物的监测和大批量样本的检测中均具有优势和较强的实用价值。The sample solution was filtered through a 0.22μm microporous membrane and directly injected into the instrument.The samples were separated on an Metrosep A Supp5-250 column(250mm×4.0mm,5μm)with 4.5mmol/L Na_(2)CO_(3) and 1.0mmol/L NaHCO_(3) and 35%acetonitrile as mobile phases.An external standard method was used for quantitative determination.The results showed that the limit of detection and limit of quantification were 2μg/L and 5μg/L,respectively.The linear relationship of iodide was good within the range of 5.00-5000μg/L,with correlation coefficient r=0.9999.The spiked recovery rate of iodide ranged from 97.2%to 109.9%,at different levels of addition,using purified water,tap water,mineral water,and well water as sample matrices.The results showed that the well water contained 32.92μg/L iodide and the rest did not contain iodide.This method has simple pre-processing operations,good accuracy,precision,and stability.
