摘  要:本研究开发了一种新型非侵入性手持取样器,并结合电喷雾电离质谱(ESI-MS)技术,快速检测呼气中的一氧化氮(NO),以满足其在炎症检测及疗效评估中的需求。方法学验证结果显示,NO的线性范围为0.5~250μg/L,线性相关系数(R^(2))达到0.9960,检出限(LOD)为0.077μg/L,回收率在98.35%至105.34%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于4.83%。通过对健康人群和尘肺患者的呼气样本进行检测,验证了该系统在复杂基质下的NO检测能力,并对不同人群的差异性进行了分析。This study developed a novel non-invasive handheld sampler,which could quickly detect nitric oxide(NO)in exhaled breath by combining with the electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS)technology to meet the needs of inflammation assessment and therapeutic evaluation.Methodological validation demonstrated that the linear detection range for NO was from 0.5 to 250μg/L,the high correlation coefficient(R^(2))was 0.9960.The limit of detection(LOD)was 0.077μg/L,and the recovery rates ranged from 98.35%to 105.34%,the relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 4.83%.Analysis of exhaled breath samples from healthy individuals and pneumoconiosis patients confirmed the system's capability to detect NO in complex matrices and highlighted differences among populations.
