摘　　要：在数字化转型浪潮下,纺织产业作为传统支柱产业,其高质量发展对国民经济至关重要。推动该行业转型升级,助力中小纺织企业实现数字化转型,成为促进国家经济高质量发展的重要实践。本研究采用理论研究方法,解析数字化转型的内在逻辑,并结合相关文献分析中小纺织服装企业数字化转型困境与挑战。基于此,文章提出以下创新实践路径:引进先进的数字化技术;健全财务管理制度,共建数字化平台;加大数字化人才引进与培养力度;推进个性化定制与柔性化生产。In the context of digital transformation,the high-quality development of the textile industry that is a traditional pillar industry plays an important role in the development of national economy.Promoting the transformation and upgrade of textile industry and facilitating the digital transformation of small and medium-sized textile enterprises have become one of the important practices to promote the high-quality development of the national economy.This study adopts theoretical research methods to analyze the inherent logic of digital transformation,and analyzes the difficulties and challenges of digital transformation of small and medium-sized textile and garment enterprises combined with relevant literature.Based on this,the paper puts forward the innovative practice paths:introducing advanced digital technology;improving the financial management system,and jointly building a digital platform;strengthening the introduction and cultivation of digital talents;promoting personalized customization and flexible production.
