产教融合背景下纺织品检验与贸易专业人才培养创新研究

摘　　要：随着数字化时代的到来,我国作为纺织服装产业大国,正处于产业结构调整与升级的关键阶段。在推进供给侧结构性改革的背景下,高职高专院校的纺织品检验与贸易专业需加快改革步伐,尤其要应对纺织检测仪器的快速升级、营销手段的日新月异,推动课程体系与教学手段与时俱进。为此,需优化专业课程结构,增强专业社会服务能力,把完善与深化校企合作作为专业建设重点,在人才培养过程中,应践行“工商、教科、产教、创教融合”理念,实现教学一体化、培养模式多元化、课程内容前沿化、创新创业科学化,从而培养高素质技能型人才。With the coming of digital era,our country,as a big country of textile and garment industry,is now in the crucial stage of industrial structure adjustment and upgrading.Under the background of promoting the supply-side reform,the pace of reform on the specialty of textile inspection and trade in higher vocational colleges should be accelerated,especially in response to the rapid upgrading of textile-testing instruments and the fast development of marketing methods,to promote the advancement of professional curriculum system and teaching means with the times.Therefore,the course structure should be optimized,the social service ability of the specialty should be enhanced,and the improvement of the cooperation between school and enterprise should be considered as the key point of the specialty construction,and in the process of professional personnel training,the concept of“industry-commerce,science-education,production-education,innovation-education integration”,to achieve integration of teaching and learning,diversification of cultivation modes,frontier orientation of curriculum content,scientization of innovation and entrepreneurship,to train high-quality skilled personnel.
