文化自信视域下大学生公共精神培育研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济结构的快速变迁和互联网文化的广泛传播,大学生公共精神缺失尤为显著,这种缺失不仅限制了大学生个人品格的完善,也制约了其在社会公共生活中的积极作用。试通过厘清文化自信与公共精神的“四对逻辑”(文化认同与归属感、价值导向与秩序感、参与意识与责任感、团结奋斗与使命感),提出培育大学生公共精神的应该站稳、扎牢的“五个阵地”(深度挖掘“一站式”社区文化育人潜力——社区阵地、优化布局“第二课堂”文化育人体系——课堂阵地、扎实开展“三下乡”文化育人活动——社会阵地、积极构建“大学生参政议政”管理机制——事务阵地、全面落实“五育并举”协同育人——文化阵地),以期为高校培育大学生公共精神提供一点思路。With the rapid change of social and economic structure and the wide spread of Internet culture,the lack of public spirit is particularly significant among college students,which not only limits the improvement of college students′personal character,but also restricts their positive role in social public life.In this study,by clarifying the"four pairs of logic"of cultural confidence and public spirit(cultural identity and sense of belonging,sense of value orientation and order,sense of participation and sense of responsibility,strive in unity and sense of mission),puts forward to cultivate college students′public spirit should stand and fasten"five positions"(deeply mining the potential of the"one stop"community culture education——community positions,optimize the layout of the"second class"cultural education system——classroom positions solidly to carry out the"Serving Rural Areas in 3 Aspects"cultural education activities——social positions,actively build"college students political participation"management mechanism——affairs position,the full implementation of"five education and"collaborative education——cultural positions),in order to provide a little idea for colleges and universities to cultivate the public spirit of college students.
