摘 要:采用瓶试法和单滴法对系列聚合物表面活性剂形成的模拟乳状液的乳化稳定性进行了研究,考察了体系φ(水)、聚合物表面活性剂种类及质量浓度对模拟乳状液乳化稳定性的影响。结果表明,φ(水)>50%的模拟乳状液破乳速率常数远大于低φ(水)的模拟乳状液,稳定后的φ(浓相)变化规律与破乳速率常数相反。溶液黏度较高的Ⅱ型聚合物表面活性剂形成的模拟乳状液最稳定;ρ(聚合物表面活性剂)增加有利于形成稳定的模拟乳状液。具有聚合物和表面活性剂双重特性的聚合物表面活性剂形成模拟乳状液的稳定性与吸附在油水界面聚合物表面活性剂分子及其水溶液的黏度有关。The emulsion stability of a simulated emulsion formed by a series of polymer surfactants was studied using bottle testing method and single droplet method.The effects of system water content and types and concentrations of polymer surfactants on emulsion stability of the simulated emulsion were studied.The results showed that the demulsification rate constant of the simulated emulsions with water content more than 50%was much higher than that of simulated emulsions with low water content,and the variation of volume fraction of the stable concentrated phase was the opposite to that of the demulsification rate constant.The simulated emulsion formed by typeⅡfunctional polymer surfactants with high solution viscosity is the most stable.An increasing of the concentration of polymer surfactants was favorable to the formation of the stable simulated emulsion.The stability of simulated emulsions formed by polymer surfactants with dual characteristics of polymer and surfactant is not only related to the adsorption of polymer surfactant molecules at the oil-water interface,but also to the viscosity of their aqueous solution.
