摘　　要：针对中高速柴油机常规油封长周期存储存在的拆检和油封工作量大、对技术人员水平要求高以及无法保证防锈效果的弊端,提出一种综合油封、控氧、控湿和气相缓释剂防锈相结合的密封包装技术,实现长周期防锈和免维护。实践结果显示,该包装技术可为柴油机提供5年以上的防锈效果。In view of the disadvantages of long term storage of conventional oil seal of medium and high speed diesel engine,such as heavy workload of disassembly and inspection,high requirement of technical personnel and inability to guarantee the anti-rust effect,a sealing and packaging technology combining oil seal,oxygen control,moisture control and gas phase sustained-release agent is proposed to realize long term anti-rust and maintenance-free.Through practical application,the results show that it can provide anti-rust effect for diesel engines for more than 5 year.
