摘  要:船舶机舱中的高温、高湿和高盐等现象会导致电气设备绝缘强度降低,从而降低电气设备的安全性和可靠性。为此,船舶电力拖动设备需要具备一套完整、可控、精准的电机加热系统。通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制比例-积分-微分(PID)模块进行温度调节计算,利用PLC软件编程对电机加热系统进行温度精准控制,并通过监视与控制通用系统(MCGS)触摸屏进行可视化温度调节,以控制电机绕组的加热温度,从而实现电机的精确可视化温度调节,为各种船舶电气设备的可靠运行提供有力保障。The high temperature,high humidity,high salt and other phenomena in the ship's engine room can lead to a decrease in the insulation strength of electrical equipment,thereby reducing the safety and reliability of electrical equipment.Therefore,ship electric propulsion equipment needs to have a complete,controllable,and accurate motor heating system.By controlling the proportional integral derivative(PID)module through programmable logic controller(PLC)for temperature adjustment calculation,using PLC software programming to accurately control the temperature of the motor heating system,and visualizing the temperature adjustment through the monitor and control generated system(MCGS)touch screen,the heating temperature of the motor winding is controlled to achieve precise visual temperature adjustment of the motor,providing strong guarantee for the reliable operation of various ship electrical equipment.
