摘　　要：糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)是糖尿病视网膜病变的一种严重并发症,其发病机制复杂,涉及血-视网膜屏障的破坏、血流动力学改变以及炎症等多种因素。炎症是人体最基本的病理生理过程之一,是由人体对有害刺激或损伤所产生的一种防御反应,是机体的一种抗病反应。近年研究发现,炎症在DME的发病机制中起重要作用,为DME的治疗提供了新的思路和方法。本文旨在对炎症在DME发病中的作用最新研究进展进行综述。Diabetic macular edema(DME)is a severe complication of diabetic retinopathy,with a complex pathogenesis involving such factors as the disruption of the blood-retinal barrier,changes in hemodynamics,and inflammation.Inflammation is one of the most basic pathological and physiological processes in the human body,a defensive response to harmful stimuli or damage,and a form of resistance to diseases by the body.It has been found in recent years that inflammation plays a significant role in the pathogenesis of DME,offering new insights and methods for the treatment of DME.This article aims to review the latest research progress on the effects of inflammation in DME.
