摘  要:试验旨在系统地评价青海高寒地区混播牧草的蛋白质营养,筛选出适宜反刍动物补充蛋白质的混播牧草,以期为高效利用栽培牧草提供理论支撑。试验以2005-00蚕豆+燕麦、青海13号蚕豆+燕麦、华油杂62油菜+燕麦、饲油2号油菜+燕麦为试验材料,通过常规成分、康奈尔净碳水化合物与蛋白质体系(CNCPS)蛋白组分和体外培养指标的测定,比较4种混播的蛋白质营养品质。试验结果表明:豆科与禾本科的混播效果明显优于十字花科与禾本科的混播;2005-00蚕豆+燕麦的粗蛋白(CP)含量(10.31%)、不溶于缓冲液的蛋白质(SICP)含量(8.23%)、真蛋白(TCP)含量(8.59%)和可利用真蛋白(ATCP)含量(7.42%)均为最高,不可降解蛋白(C)的含量(1.17%)最低;饲油2号油菜+燕麦的可溶性粗蛋白(SCP)含量(3.86%)和快速降解蛋白(B_1)含量(2.45%)均显著高于其余混播牧草(P<0.05);华油杂62油菜+燕麦的可利用粗蛋白(uCP)含量(10.52%)最高,且4种混播的差异不显著(P>0.05);2005-00蚕豆+燕麦的异戊酸含量(0.43 mmol/L)、乙丙比(2.12)均为最高,但其丁酸含量(4.28 mmol/L)、戊酸含量最低(0.98 mmol/L)。综上所述,2005-00蚕豆+燕麦的蛋白质营养含量较高,能较好供给反刍动物蛋白质营养。The purpose of this experiment is to systematically evaluate the protein nutrition of mixed forage in alpine regions and select the mixed forage suit⁃able for protein supplementation,in order to pro⁃vide support for efficient utilization of cultivated forage.In this experiment,2005-00 broad bean+oat,Qinghai 13 broad bean+oat,China oil 62 rape⁃seed+oat,feeding oil 2 rapeseed+oat compared the nutritional quality of the conventional composi⁃tion,cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS)and in vitro culture index.The results showed that the mixing effect of legume and poa⁃ceae is obviously better than that of cruciferous and poaceae;2005-00 crude protein content(CP)(10.31%),buffer insoluble protein(SICP,8.23%),true protein(TCP,8.59%)and available true protein(ATCP,7.42%)are the highest,the lowest content of nondegradable protein(C,1.17%);the content of soluble crude protein(SCP,3.86%)and rapidly degraded pro⁃tein(B1)content(2.45%)of no.2 rapeseed+oat were significantly higher than that of the other mixed grasses(P<0.05);the highest available crude protein(uCP)content(10.52%),And the difference between the 4 kinds of mixed broadcast is not significant(P>0.05);2005-00 broad bean+oat isoperic acid content(0.43 mmol/L),ethylene-propylene ratio(2.12)are the highest.However,the butyric acid content(4.28 mmol/L)and valeric acid content were the lowest(0.98 mmol/L).In conclusion,the 2005-00 broad bean+oat has a high protein nutrition content,which can better provide protein nutrition to ruminant animals.
