摘  要:壳寡糖(COS)作为一种纯天然的活性物质,已作为功能性饲料添加剂被应用于水产养殖中。适量添加壳寡糖对促进水产动物生长、降低饵料系数、增强消化能力、提高抗氧化性能、提升抗病能力、增强机体的免疫性能、调节机体的炎症反应、增加抗应激能力、改善肠道组织结构、优化肠道菌群和提升肠道健康等方面发挥着重要作用。文章综述了壳寡糖对甲壳动物的生长性能、消化酶活性、血淋巴生化指标、免疫性能、炎症因子、抗氧化能力和肠道健康等方面的影响及其作用机制,以期为壳寡糖在水产养殖业的进一步应用提供理论依据和基础数据。Chitosan(COS)is a pure natural active substance in recent years,which has been used in aqua-culture as a functional feed additive.Appropriate supplement of chitosan plays an important role in promot-ing the growth of aquatic animals,reducing the feed coefficient,enhancing digestive capacity,improving per-formance,enhancing disease resistance,strength-ening the immune performance of the organism,regulating the inflammatory response of the organ-ism,increasing its stress resistance,improving the structure of intestinal tissue optimizing the intesti-nal flora,and improving intestinal health.In this paper,the effects and mechanisms of chitosan oli-gosaccharide on the growth performance,digestive enzyme activity,hemolymph biochemical indexes,immunity,inflammatory factors,antioxidant capacity and intestinal health of crustaceans were reviewed,in order to provide theoretical basis and basic data for further application of chitosan in aquaculture.
