摘 要:为了筛选出对维氏气单胞菌具有较好抑菌效果的中西药联用配伍组合,试验采用细菌形态学观察、16S rDNA序列与回归感染试验对黄颡鱼源的病原进行分析鉴定,结果显示为维氏气单胞菌。通过微量肉汤稀释棋盘法等方法测定中草药与中草药配伍最低抑菌浓度、最低杀菌浓度。根据抑菌活性强弱进行筛选,对中草药与抗生素分别联用的抑菌浓度(FIC)指数进行研究,判定药物抑菌活性及中草药与抗生素联用的抑菌效果。结果表明:中草药与抗生素对维氏气单胞菌均具有不同程度的体外抑菌活性。在抗生素中,病原对氨苄西林、阿莫西林、麦迪霉素、林可霉素展现出显著的耐药性;在中草药中,黄连、五倍子抑菌效果最佳;在16种中草药与抗生素联用的组合中,四环素与黄连联用,多黏菌素B与黄连、石榴皮、五倍子联用,头孢他啶分别与五倍子、石榴皮联用,均表现出相加作用。四环素与黄芩、石榴皮联用,恩诺沙星与石榴皮、五倍子联用均表现出协同作用,其他组合均表现为无关作用与颉颃作用。综上研究表明,恩诺沙星与石榴皮、五倍子,四环素与黄芩、石榴皮联用的组合对黄颡鱼源维氏气单胞菌的具有较好抑菌效果。To screen for effective combinations of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and antibiotics against Aeromonas veronii,this study employed bacterial morphological observation,16S rDNA sequencing,and infection experiments to identify the pathogen from Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,confirming it as Aeromonas veronii.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)and minimum bactericidal concentrations(MBCs)of TCMs were measured using the micro broth dilution method.The minimum bactericidal concentration of Chinese herbal medicine and Chinese herbal medicine were determined by the microbroth dilution checker-board method.According to the strength of antibacterial activity,the antibacterial concentration(FIC)index of Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics was studied to determine the antibacterial activity and antibacterial effect of Chinese herbal medicine combined with antibiotics.Results indicated vary-ing degrees of in vitro antibacterial activity for TCMs and antibiotics against Aeromonas veronii.Resistance was noted for ampicillin,amoxicillin,midecamycin,and lincomycin,while Coptis chi-nensis and Rhus chinensis exhibited the best inhibitory effects among TCMs.Combinations showing additive effects included tetracycline with Coptis chi-nensis,polymyxin B with Coptis chinensis,Punica granatum,and Rhus chinensis,as well as ceftazidime with Rhus chinensis and Rhus chinensis with Coptis chinensis.Synergistic effects were observed for tetracy-cline with Scutellaria baicalensis,polymyxin B with Punica granatum,and enrofloxacin with Rhus chinensis and Rhus chinensis.Other combinations exhibited no significant interaction or antagonistic effects.In con-clusion,the combinations of enrofloxacin with Punica granatum and Rhus chinensis,and tetracycline with Scutellaria baicalensis and Rhus chinensis demonstrated good antibacterial effects against Aeromonas veronii.
