摘  要:循环水泵作为大型火电机组的重要辅助设备,驱动电机振动值是运行监测的重要参数。本文针对某新建电厂安装的立式斜流循环水泵在试运阶段电机机架轴向振动超标问题,用测振仪对循泵各结构的振动进行测量,得到了循泵的振动特征,通过对振动特征分析,并对循泵支撑构件进行受力分析,确定了引起循泵电机机架振动超标的原因为循环水泵的电机架结构设计不合理引起共振。通过对电机机架结构作了针对性的调整和加强优化,避开了共振区间,使泵电机振动大幅改善,为类似问题解决提供借鉴参考。As the important auxiliary equipment for large thermal power units,the vibration value of the pump motor is an important parameter for monitoring operation.In this paper,the vibration generated by the vibration of each structure of the pump is measured with a vibration meter in the trial operation stage of the newly installed vertical oblique circulating water pump in a power plant.The vibration characteristics of the pump are obtained.Through the analysis of the vibration characteristics and data research,and the force analysis of the supporting components of the pump are carried out,the axial vibration of the pump motor frame is determined.The reason for the resonance of the pump body is that the design of the motor frame of the circulating water pump is unreasonable,and the mismatch between the self-vibration frequency of the frame and the pump blade causes resonance.Through the targeted adjustment and optimization of the motor frame structure,the resonance interval is avoided,the vibration of the pump motor is greatly improved,and the reference is provided for the solution of similar problems in the future.
