摘 要:该文采用超声波辅助法提取河南开封、河南封丘、河南林州、山东平邑、河北巨鹿、甘肃通渭6个产地的金银花多糖,并对其得率、化学组成、理化性质及抗氧化活性进行比较分析。结果表明,河北巨鹿金银花多糖得率最高,为9.45%;甘肃通渭金银花多糖中总糖含量最高,为62.32%;河南开封金银花多糖中蛋白质含量最低,为1.09%;4个产地金银花多糖中均含有糖醛酸,说明从4个产地金银花中提取的多糖均为酸性糖。理化性质方面,河南开封金银花多糖持水性和持油性较好;河北巨鹿金银花多糖吸水性指数和膨胀力较高;河南开封金银花多糖溶解度较低。6个产地金银花多糖的抗氧化活性与其浓度在一定范围内呈现剂量效应,河北巨鹿金银花多糖ABTS+自由基清除率的IC50为0.389 8 mg/mL,表现出较好的ABTS+自由基清除能力;山东平邑金银花多糖总还原能力的IC50为2.395 0 mg/mL,表现出较强的总还原能力;甘肃通渭金银花多糖DPPH自由基清除率的IC50为0.090 4 mg/mL,说明甘肃通渭金银花多糖具有很强的DPPH·清除能力。This paper employed the ultrasonic method to extract polysaccharides from honeysuckle sourced from Kaifeng,Fengqiu,and Linzhou in Henan,Pingyi in Shandong,Julu in Hebei,and Tongwei in Gansu.The yield,chemical composition,physical and chemical properties,and antioxidant activity were compared and ana⁃lyzed.The results showed that the yield of polysaccharides from Julu,Hebei,was the highest at 9.45%.The to⁃tal sugar content in the polysaccharides from Tongwei,Gansu,was the highest at 62.32%,while the protein con⁃tent in the polysaccharides from Kaifeng,Henan,was the lowest at 1.09%.The polysaccharides of honeysuckle from four producing areas contained uronic acid,indicating that the polysaccharides extracted from these areas were acidic sugars.In terms of physical and chemical properties,the polysaccharides from Kaifeng demon⁃strated better water and oil holding capacities.The water absorption index and swelling power of the polysac⁃charides from Julu,Hebei,were higher,while the solubility of the polysaccharides from Kaifeng,Henan,was low.The antioxidant activity of polysaccharides from the six producing areas exhibited a dose⁃dependent effect within a certain range.The IC50 for ABTS+·scavenging of the polysaccharides from Julu,Hebei,was 0.3898 mg/mL,showing good ABTS+·scavenging ability.The IC50 for the total reducing power of the polysac⁃charides from Pingyi,Shandong,was 2.3950 mg/mL,indicating strong total reducing power.The IC50 for the DPPH·scavenging rate of the polysaccharides from Tongwei,Gansu,was 0.0904 mg/mL,demonstrating strong DPPH·scavenging ability.
