摘　　要：晋商文化凝聚了品德塑造、精神激励、行为引领和文化传承等思想政治教育价值,将晋商文化融入管理类课程思政既有必要性又具有可行性。深入挖掘晋商管理文化中蕴含的思政要素,从教学设计环节、教学模式创新、综合教学实践环节等方面探索将晋商文化融入管理类课程思政的具体路径,提升晋商文化融入管理类课程思政的融合效果,增强融合力度。The Jin Merchants Culture embodies the values of ideological and political education such as moral shaping,spiritual motivation,behavioral guidance,and cultural inheritance.It is both necessary and feasible to integrate Jin Merchants Culture into management courses on ideological and political education.Deeply explore the ideological and political elements contained in the management culture of Jin merchants,and explore the specific path of integrating Jin Merchants Culture into the ideological and political education of management courses from the aspects of teaching design,innovative teaching modes,and comprehensive teaching practice festivals,in order to enhance the integration effect of Jin Merchants Culture into the ideological and political education of management courses and strengthen the integration strength.
