摘  要:中小学校长作为学校的领导者,其领导力的变革关系到整所学校的发展质量。项目式管理有利于明确学校发展目标、改变治理结构、培养创新意识和创新思维。针对当前部分中小学校长前瞻力与创新力不足、感召力与决策力缺失、执行力薄弱等问题,可通过共建项目、项目实施与项目反馈的项目式管理过程,有效提升校长领导力。As leader of the school,the leadership transformation of primary and secondary school principal is related to the development of the entire school.Project management is beneficial for clarifying school development goals,changing governance structures,and cultivating innovative thinking.In response to the current problems of insufficient foresight and innovation,lack of appeal and decision-making ability,and weak execution ability of some primary and secondary school principals,the leadership of principals can be enhanced through a project-based management process of co-building projects,implementing projects,and project feedback.
