摘　　要：培养学生核心素养,使学生适应未来社会和自身终身发展的需求,已成为新时代教育改革的核心目标。在核心素养导向下,跨学科主题学习通过深挖跨学科大概念,结合学生生活实际设计课程体系,利用项目式学习模式推进实施。通过设计驱动问题、细化任务、搭建学习支架、组建跨学科团队,跨学科主题学习可以促进学生在整合多学科知识中提升问题解决能力、团队协作能力及综合素养。同时,实施教学评一致性,运用多元化评价与反馈机制,能确保教学目标的达成。Cultivating students'core competencies to meet the needs of future society has become the core goal of education reform in the new era.Under the guidance of core competencies,interdisciplinary thematic learning delves into interdisciplinary concepts,designs curriculum systems based on students'real-life situations,and promotes implementation through project-based learning models.Interdisciplinary thematic learning can promote students'problem-solving ability,teamwork ability,and comprehensive literacy by designing driving problems,refining tasks,building learning scaffolds,and forming interdisciplinary teams.At the same time,implementing consistency in teaching,learning and evaluation and utilizing diversified evaluation and feedback mechanisms can ensure the achievement of teaching objectives.
