摘  要:青少年心理健康教育面临资源分割、动力不足、缺乏连贯协同等挑战,需校家社三方协同合作,共同承担青少年成长重任,推进心理健康教育,助力青少年健康成才。基于需求层次理论深入分析校家社协同推进青少年心理健康教育的理论框架,可助力剖析校家社协同开展心理健康教育存在的现实问题。分析来看,要构建以学校为主体、家庭为基础、社会为支撑的心理健康教育体系,充分发挥学校、家庭、社会的各自优势,实现资源互补、分工明确、相互支持,从而凝聚起强大的育人合力,促进青少年的健康全面发展。Adolescent mental health education faces challenges such as resource segmentation,insufficient motivation,and lack of coherence and collaboration.It requires the cooperation of schools,families,and communities to jointly undertake the responsibility,promote mental health education,and help young people achieve healthy development.Based on Abraham Maslow's Hierachy of Needs,an in-depth analysis of the theoretical framework for promoting adolescent mental health education through school-family-community collaboration can help identify the practical obstacles in practice.From an analysis perspective,it is necessary to establish a mental health education system with schools as the main body,families as the foundation,and community as the support.By fully leveraging the respective advantages of schools,families,and community,we can achieve complementary resources,clear division of labor,and mutual support,thereby consolidating a strong force for educating people and promoting the healthy and comprehensive development of young people.
