摘 要:[JP2]不锈钢复合板兼具碳钢良好的力学性能和不锈钢优异的耐腐蚀性能,目前被广泛应用于化学品船制造领域,节省了大量不锈钢材料,经济性好.水火加工工艺是船体构件热弯曲最常用的技术方法之一,但目前其应用对象主要集中于钢板,针对2205不锈钢复合板的水火加工的研究较少,严重限制了该类型材料的实际应用.文中针对(14 mm+2 mm)AH36/2205不锈钢复合板开展水火加工试验,分别对不锈钢侧进行3次水火加工,温度分别为760~840℃、860~940℃、960~1040℃,碳钢侧3次水火加工温度为860~940℃,然后对不同水火加工工艺的进行微观组织分析以及性能测试.研究结果表明:2205不锈钢复合板在不同水火加工后,其力学性能和晶间腐蚀性能均能满足要求,随着水火加工温度的升高,其耐蚀性能越好,不锈钢侧3道960~1040℃水火加工耐蚀性能最好,为2205不锈钢复合板水火加工实际应用提供了一定的参考.Stainless steel composite plates have excellent mechanical properties of carbon steel and excellent corrosion resistance of stainless steel.They are currently widely used in the field of chemical ship manufacturing,saving a lot of stainless steel materials and having good economy.The line heating technology is one of the most commonly used technical methods for thermal bending of ship components,but currently its application mainly focuses on steel plates.There is relatively little research on line heating of 2205 stainless steel composite plates,which seriously limits the practical application of this type of material.This paper conducts line heating experiments on(14 mm+2 mm)AH36/2205 stainless steel composite plates.Three line heating processes were carried out on the stainless steel side,with temperatures ranging from 760 to 840,860 to 940℃,and 960 to 1040℃.The third line heating process on the carbon steel side was carried out at temperatures ranging from 860 to 940℃.Then,the microstructure and performance of different line heating processes were analyzed and tested.The research results show that the mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of 2205 stainless steel composite plate can meet the requirements after different line heating.With the increase of line heating temperature,its corrosion resistance becomes better.The corrosion resistance of the stainless steel side by line heating at 960~1040℃is the best,which provides some help for the practical application of 2205 stainless steel composite plate line heating.
