我国应急管理标准化研究进展文献计量与知识图谱分析

摘　　要：深入开展应急管理标准化的研究对于提升国家综合防灾减灾能力和确保人民群众生命财产安全有着重大现实意义。为深入了解我国应急管理标准化研究的现状、发展趋势与影响,本文以中国知网(CNKI)数据库2005年至2023年间的893篇应急管理标准化研究相关主题文献为数据样本,通过使用文献计量学方法和科技文本挖掘工具对相关文献进行知识图谱可视化分析。结果表明,我国应急管理标准化研究整体态势较好,中国标准化研究院为主要发文机构,发文机构之间逐步呈现合作关系,但还有较大提升空间。安全生产、安全管理等为当前的研究热点。根据关键词时间线知识图谱将其划分为应急管理标准化框架构建与系统化发展、综合整合与策略优化和技术融合与应用创新三个阶段。后续应急管理标准化研究应更加重视跨学科交流和技术融合,探索智能化、数据驱动的管理模式,以更好地适应复杂多变的应急管理需求,为提升我国应急管理的标准化水平提供科学依据和实践指导。In-depth research on emergency management standardization is considered to have significant real-world importance for enhancing national comprehensive disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities and ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.To deeply understand the current status,development trends,and impacts of emergency management standardization research in China,893 thematic documents from 2005 to 2023,collected by the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,were selected as data samples.A visual analysis of these documents was conducted using bibliometric methods and scientific text mining tools.The results indicate that the overall situation of emergency management standardization research in China is viewed favorably,with the China Institute of Standardization recognized as the main publishing institution,although collaborations among authors seem infrequent.Fields such as safety production and safety management are identified as current research hotspots.Through a keyword timeline map,the research was categorized into three stages:framework construction and systematic development of emergency management standardization,comprehensive integration and strategy optimization,and technology integration and application innovation.Greater emphasis should be placed on interdisciplinary communication and technology integration within emergency management standardization research.Intelligent,data-driven management models should be explored to better adapt to the complex and variable needs of emergency management,providing a scientific basis and practical guidance for enhancing the standardization level of emergency management in China.
