摘　　要：目的构建科学、系统的青少年抑郁症患者出院指导内容。方法通过组建研究小组,结合文献分析和临床实践,形成青少年抑郁症患者出院指导内容初稿。2024年9月至11月,采用德尔菲法,邀请来自全国7个省市相关研究领域的15名专家确定青少年抑郁症患者出院指导内容。结果经两轮专家函询后,专家积极系数分别为83.33%、100%,权威系数分别为0.87、0.90,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.49、0.51,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),最终构建的青少年抑郁症患者出院指导内容包括6项一级指标、20项二级指标和46项三级指标。结论基于德尔菲法构建的青少年抑郁症患者出院指导内容具有良好的科学性和实用性,可为规范青少年抑郁症患者的出院指导提供参考。Objective To construct scientific and systematic discharge guidance content for adolescents with depression.Methods By setting up a research group,combining literature analysis and clinical practice,the draft of discharge guidance for adolescents with depression was formed.From September to December 2024,using the Delphi method,15 experts from related research fields in 7 provinces and cities across the country were invited to determine the discharge guidance content for adolescents with depression.Results After two rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficient of experts were 83.33%and 100%,the authority coefficient were 0.87 and 0.90,and the Kendall coordination coefficient were 0.49 and 0.51 the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)respectively.Finally,the content of discharge guidance for adolescents with depression included 6 first-level indicators,20 second-level indicators and 46 third-level indicators.Conclusion The content of discharge guidance for adolescents with depression constructed based on Delphi method is scientific and practical,and can provide reference for standardizing discharge guidance for adolescents with depression.
