摘 要:目的探讨BOPPPS教学模式联合改良版迷你评估演练(Mini-CEX)在神经外科重症监护病房(NICU)实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月至2024年7月天津医科大学总医院神经外科NICU的60名实习护生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(30名)与试验组(30名),对照组采用传统授课方式,试验组采用BOPPPS联合改良版Mini-CEX的教学模式授课。比较两组的出科考核成绩、改良版Mini-CEX评分、学生批判性思维能力评分。结果试验组的出科考核成绩、改良版Mini-CEX评分、中文版批判性思维能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将BOPPPS联合改良版迷你评估演练的教学模式应用于实习护生带教,可提高学生综合能力及临床批判性思维,促进高素质护理人才的培养。Objective To explore the application effect of the BOPPPS teaching model combined with the modified Mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)in the teaching of nursing interns in the NICU.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns from the Neurosurgery NICU of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the subjects of the study.They were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an experimental group(30 cases)using random number table method.The control group was taught with traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group was taught with the BOPPPS combined with the modified Mini-CEX teaching model.The two groups were compared in terms of their exit examination scores,modified Mini-CEX scores,and critical thinking ability scores.Results The exit examination scores,modified Mini-CEX scores,and Chinese version of critical thinking ability scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the BOPPPS combined with the modified Mini-CEX teaching model in the teaching of nursing interns can improve the comprehensive abilities and clinical critical thinking,promoting the cultivation of high-quality nursing talents.
