摘　　要：目的探讨“互联网+”的疼痛管理模式在混合痔日间手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年10月在临沂市中心医院肛肠科住院行混合痔日间手术120例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例,均接受日间手术治疗,对照组采用传统疼痛管理模式,观察组在此基础上增加基于“互联网+”干预模式。比较两组患者术后不同时间点疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,并在术后7 d评估患者疼痛管理情况。结果观察组术后4、12、24、48 h及术后5 d的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疼痛管理方面,术后7 d,观察组的疼痛知识掌握、控制疼痛教育的满意度、控制疼痛方法的满意度评分高于对照组,疼痛对情绪的影响、疼痛对日常影响评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的疼痛管理模式能够帮助混合痔日间手术患者更好地掌握疼痛知识,提高自我管理能力,增加满意度,有效减轻疼痛程度,缓解焦虑、抑郁不良情绪,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+"pain management mode in patients with mixed hemorrhoid day surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients hospitalized in the Department of Proctology,Linyi Central Hospital from January 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group receiving day surgery.The control group was treated with traditional pain management mode,and the observation group was added with"Internet+"intervention mode based on this basis.Pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were compared between the two groups at different time points after surgery,and pain management was evaluated at 7 d after surgery.Results VAS scores of the observation group at 4,12,24,48 h and 5 d after surgery were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).In terms of pain management,7 d after surgery,the satisfaction scores of pain knowledge,pain control education and pain control methods in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of pain's impact on emotion and daily impact were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain management mode based on"Internet+"can help patients with mixed hemorrhoid day surgery better master pain knowledge,improve self-management ability,increase satisfaction,effectively reduce pain,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve patients'quality of life.
