聚焦解决模式护理联合引导式想象放松干预在白内障手术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨使用聚焦解决模式护理联用引导式想象放松干预对白内障手术患者的影响。方法选取2022年3月至2024年1月南昌爱尔眼科医院收治的86例白内障患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)与观察组(43例),对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取聚焦解决模式护理联合引导式想象放松干预。比较两组不良情绪、视力、眼压、生活质量及并发症情况。结果干预后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,眼压低于对照组,视力水平高于对照组,生活质量综合评定量表(GQOLI-74)中各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式护理联合引导式想象放松干预能调节白内障手术患者心理状态,改善其视力、眼压及生活质量,降低并发症发生率,安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused approach nursing combined with guided imaginative relaxation intervention on patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods A total of 86 cataract patients admitted to Nanchang Aier Eye Hospital from March 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received solution-focused approach nursing combined with guided imaginative relaxation intervention.The adverse mood,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,quality of life and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,intraocular pressure was lower than control group,visual acuity level was higher than control group,the scores of each dimension in the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Solution-focused approach nursing combined with guided imaginative relaxation intervention can regulate the psychological state of cataract surgery patients,improve their vision,intraocular pressure and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and is safe and reliable.
